Robert Lambeth
A passionate supporter of the arts, Robert holds a Bachelor of Music from the Conservatory of Music at the University of the Pacific, California, and a Master of Music from the University of Colorado, Boulder. He has over thirty years of experience working with non-profit arts organizations and corporate finance in the United States and United Kingdom. Before coming to Bend, Robert was the Executive Director of the Hawaii International Film Festival (HIFF). Prior to HIFF, he was a Local Director for Lloyds Banking Group in London, and a District Manager for US Bank in Portland, Oregon, and Vancouver, Washington. After such a grand adventure, Robert has settled back in Oregon with his family, which includes his partner River and his mother Laura.
Executive Director
Mario Huerta
Mario was born and raised in Bend and discovered his love for music in the fifth grade with the alto saxophone. Since then, he has widened his range of instruments to include trombone and euphonium, and holds a degree in Science and Technology Studies from Cornell University. Outside of the office, Mario loves to play board games, chess, and practice music.

Cameron Stone
Cameron brings many years of experience in hospitality, management, and customer service to Cascade School of Music. With a lifelong relationship with music, Cameron is excited to bring his experience to the CSM community and enjoys helping students and families feel welcomed, supported, and connected.
